10 Jun Linklater’s Hackney Primary Schools Debating Final

Before the half-term break, our debating team took part in the Hackney Finals against six other primary schools.  Our team debated two issues: ‘Should Britain stay in or leave the European Union?’ and ‘Is sport important?’.  Our team did very well but narrowly missed out on taking part in the grand finals. Well done to all the children and also to Ms Campbell who has worked very hard with the debating team preparing them for all the competitions.
