Our school was visited by Sister Mary Jo Martin, chief inspector of RE for the Diocese of Westminster. Sister Mary Jo kindly agreed to be interviewed by some of our Y6 children for the RE unit ‘Pentecostal People.’ The children asked her a range of interesting questions about her love of the church, her relationship with God and also asked if religion in education was important. Sister Mary Jo commented, “The questions asked by the children allowed me to answer in a personal way; they challenged me to think about my responses.”
